Game Starting Problem!!

My game client was done patching, then i click start and its not opening. what should i do?

Run as administrator, and/or allow it on your antivirus. Also, make sure it's not already "running" in your computer; Ctrl + Alt + Delete -> Task Manager -> Find and end task/end process Neuz.exe (check both Processes and Details tab).

i already did wat i need to do... off fire wall . no anti-virus . reinstall client . restarting computer . changing OS from win7 to XP.. checking the task manager for Neuz.exe
but still didnt work...
