can't login

Hello i can't login when i log in to my char and than show diconnect from this server please help me how to fix that

A. are you using the new client?
A.2 Is it patched?
B. have you ever logged in the game?
C.are your firewalls and antivirus off?
If All of your answer to the questions are yes, please try using proxies may be its your net provider has a problem, and yes it did happen to me many times and just did proxies.....
my recommendation for proxy is ultrasurf.... (Note: use at your own risk!!)
if those above do not work please wait for the admins/ Mods/ Gm they might help you
but if it worked... See you ingame!!
