How can regain my uncheck donation on my PaymentWall. GM pls help

hi. my in game name is: mReL

i liked to know why i did'nt gain my full donation refund?

out of my 723 donation points on my paymentwall i gain only 278 dp

those 278 dp were check on my paymentwall.

the 445 dp were uncheck on my paymentwall. i like to know why i didnt gain them on my refund???

or will i gain them soon or not?

i'm asking this for future transaction on donation. not just for me but also too other donator.

by the way i like the game thats why i donate to support the game.
and i dont have time to farm for long hours.

How Much Did you donate ?
The Total you donated
Because only the donates with the green check will be counted

As RoxyXD says only those green checks will be counted, but those un-checked donations will not be counted. Rolling Eyes

well my total donation was 723 i use MOL pionts to donate.

how shame i cant refund it all. yet its a bit off if the server didnt get all my donation.

xd MOL points they have the same unrebate top up with steam
