GM/Account related. So my acc disappeared...?

Good night everyone, I really hope some one can help me.

I stopped playing a bit during exams, but as I got back to the game, I noticed no account worked.
I would love to get the account associated to the character Nariane back if possible? Maybe I just don't get the combination right but I've tried so many times even tried to change password and it says the account doesn't exist... The only e-mail I found is the one with the forums info.

I understand, but I'll leave my opinion here. My account wasn't "old" and I basically didn't play for less that a month, so is that enough reason to get all the time wasted just deleted? Or were just all accounts deleted considering their regist date?

Plus, I'm sure I played after New Years.
