I used an unbind scroll on my Ultimate Gold Axe that is awakened and level reduced, and to my surprise after using the scroll its still bind its still untradable and worst it dont even get stored in the bank......

Hope you could help me with this

You forgot to tell me that you're weapon has a level-deduction scroll on it. (XD)
Remove that then try again.
