SUGGESTION >>>> I hope there is a Change job in the server, so that it will be easy to us to change and explore more the jobs in the server and expirement for new build ups or tactics to be the best

There will not be one sadly. You have plenty of chances to experiment with 30 rebirths and them not coming extremely easy.

I think that's pretty unnecessary. Like havoc said, you really do have a lot of time and chances to decide which job are you taking up.
I suggest you should ask for player's advice as well. I did that too.
