Guild War Points Empty Guild War Points

other players play only whenever there is siege, so if possible why not create a Guild war Point where guild battle for guild war just to have those point and maybe points can be exchange to something or become a Top guild. so that whenever siege war is not held we guilds can do guild war and thats maybe a +points to the servers status..
