Donation and Refund

First, I asked Dope to refund my donations, it's been days.
Second, I donated few days ago, and until now my dPoints are not yet with me.
Third, It's been days since I e-mailed dope. Still no reply from him.
What, is this a joke? You can get sued by the Law, people are paying for products/ services they do not get?
Please do something about this, this is really frustrating. It's not funny anymore.
