Character bugged/program crashing

Hi.
One of my characters is not working. Whenever I choose her, the program crashes. The other two characters are working. I also did what you suggested to the other players on this forum, but still I can't connect.
The last thing I remember was I bought a blinkwing (is that correct) to a place where I can level up (150+) and then it crashed.
I really hope you can help me retrieve it.
