Problem when try to connect Empty Problem when try to connect

Hi i got a rpoblem when i try to play , passing the server selection i click on my character and accept to enter the flaris background turn grey and the game close but i see 7 or 4 ppl conect sometimes 1 connect and this happend to me 2 days in row
